Job summary

GoGoMeds Select is seeking a Compounding Lead to guide the 2nd shift team in producing sterile and non-sterile compounded medications. You will ensure accurate batch records, drive efficiency, and maintain high quality while fostering accountability and teamwork.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the production floor, strong attention to detail, and adherence to USP standards. This is an on-site Ohio-based position with growth opportunities in a fast-growing pharmacy operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmacy compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and coach production teams.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Comfortable with 2nd shift and on-floor leadership.
• Lean / continuous improvement exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 2nd shift sterile and non-sterile compounding operations.
• Coordinate production to meet daily patient orders.
• Coach compounding technicians and production staff.
• Monitor production for bottlenecks and quality issues.
• Ensure documentation and batch records are complete in real time.
• Promote safety and compliance across operations.
