Qualifications

• Ability to train and manage volunteers and youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the 4-H Youth Development program through clubs, afterschool programs and camps.
• Seek sponsorships, grants, and other funding sources.
• Ensure the 4-H program is accessible to youth across the county.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and evaluate program impacts.
• Lead development of county youth through life skill activities.
