SPIROL Shims in Stow, OH is seeking a qualified 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a production team and execute the plan safely and efficiently. You will coordinate with internal resources to maintain machinery, document processes, and ensure the department achieves its goals with high quality parts on schedule.

The role requires associate or higher education in a business/technical field, strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, and IT literacy for MRP/JIT/5S systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or technical field, Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership, decisiveness, organizational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills including interviewing, coaching and conflict resolution.
• IT skills to manage MRP/JIT/5S in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a high performance production team, including interviewing, hiring and coaching.
• Ensure training and cross-training so the department meets output commitments.
• Achieve the production schedule through effective resource management.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure proper tools and materials are available.
• Investigate variances and drive root-cause corrective actions for improvement.
• Maintain accurate department records and support continuous improvement projects.
