SPIROL Shim Division in Stow, OH is seeking a full-time 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a production team and execute the production plan. This role focuses on cost-effective, high-quality part manufacture in a clean and safe environment, coordinating with internal resources to meet department goals.

You will ensure proper training, cross-training, and accurate records, while driving continuous improvement and staff development to sustain performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or Technical Field; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Develops an high performance production team through interviewing, hiring, coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensures employees are trained and cross-trained to cover absences and retirements.
• Achieves production schedule by directing resources (people and machinery).
• Maintains safe, clean environment and provides tools and training for productivity.
• Investigates variances and drives root cause analysis for continuous improvement.
• Keeps accurate production records and supports capital equipment purchases.
• Documents work instructions and creates training materials for onboarding.
