Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, experience in roll forming or metal fabrication, and proficiency with manufacturing software. Relocation within 45 miles and ITAR/EAR compliance are noted expectations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience in roll forming or metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
• Willingness to relocate within 45 miles of the facility.
• US Person or ITAR/EAR compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and communicate plans clearly.
• Ensure timely decisions and follow-through with consistent communication.
• Manage daily workload, scheduling with setup time and staffing.
• Supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Promote safety and Lean initiatives, CI events, and Kaizen.
• Complete production reports and paperwork accurately.
