Job summary

GOJO Industries is seeking a Production Leader for the 3rd shift at the USA Lippman Campus - Mfg. This 100% onsite role focuses on leading the production team to meet daily schedules, coordinate changeovers, and support related departments.

Proficiency with SAP and line equipment is required. The candidate should have a High School diploma with 3–5 years in a lead role or 2–3 years with an associate/technical degree and be able to operate basic measuring tools, a computer, and a calculator.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role or 2–3 years in manufacturing with an Associates/technical degree.
• Must be able to use basic measuring equipment, computer, and a calculator.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production schedule.
• Communicate necessary information to support departments and line personnel.
• Verify inventory needed for process orders and ensure accuracy in SAP.
• Coordinate machine changeovers and upkeep of line equipment.
• Train and mentor line employees with on-the-job coaching.
• Enforce safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
