Job summary

GOJO, Makers of PURELL, is seeking a Machine Operator I for 3rd shift at the USA Lippman Campus in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. This 100% onsite role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and operate line machinery with attention to safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production schedules, handling changeovers, ensuring component availability, loading line equipment with parts, and performing quality checks per SOPs. Training will be provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train others through on-the-job training.
• Knowledge of testing equipment and ability to operate this equipment.

Responsibilities

• Meet the daily production schedule.
• Perform minor operation and changeover procedures; assist maintenance on major changeovers.
• Verify availability of components and supplies at the work station for orders.
• Load equipment with production components (caps, bottles, film, pumps, labels, shippers).
• Reconcile remaining components to the locator after production runs.
• Assist with quality checks (weight/torque/visual) and SPC charting where applicable.
