Job summary

GOJO, Makers of PURELL, is seeking a Production Leader for the 3rd shift at the USA Lippman Campus. This on-site role focuses on leadership, scheduling, training, and coordination across the production team to maintain conformance to procedures and timelines.

The position requires 3–5 years in a lead role or an associate/technical degree with 2–3 years in manufacturing, with SAP, equipment setup, and safety compliance responsibilities. Travel within Northeast Ohio may be needed.

Qualifications

• Lead/supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment, computer, and calculator.
• Experience with SAP for inventory and production data.

Responsibilities

• Meets daily production schedule.
• Trains/orients line employees.
• Monitors and addresses performance of team members.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains line equipment and controlled environment suites.
• Coordinates machine changeovers and printer setup.
• Supports other production team members.
