Job summary

HP Inc. seeks an Application Engineer for Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) to lead development and scaling of AM applications. You will bridge sales, product development, and manufacturing to accelerate adoption and optimize workflows.

The role requires DfAM expertise, materials knowledge, and CAD skills, with strong customer-facing engagement and ability to present technically to diverse audiences. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in Additive Manufacturing or related technical disciplines.
• Experience with Powder Bed Fusion technologies (MJF, SLS, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production economics, and workflows.
• Proficiency with CAD software and additive manufacturing preparation tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value applications suitable for HP MJF technology.
• Assess feasibility, production readiness, scalability, and business viability.
• Provide DfAM guidance and redesign recommendations for optimization.
