This role serves as the voice of the customer, ensuring product development efforts align with market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and business goals. The Product Manager will collaborate across functions to guide products from concept through commercialization, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing market adoption. The successful candidate will combine technical understanding, business acumen, and strategic thinking to help shape the future of 3D Systems' MJP portfolio while supporting the company's overall strategy and long-term growth objectives.

  • Paid Leave (US ONLY): Enjoy time away from work with Company paid holidays, flexible working schedules through our paid time off (PTO) policy.
  • 401(k): Prepare for a secure retirement with our 401k plan, which includes an employer matching contribution.
  • Comprehensive Health & Wellness Plans: We want to be here for our employees throughout all stages of life, which is why we offer a wide range of resources, information, and support during your career with us.
  • Global Team: With our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in Rock Hill, South Carolina, our global team has a presence across more than 13 countries worldwide. Experience a workplace comprised of talented individuals who are passionate about serving our customers and each other.
  • Innovative Culture: Innovation is at the heart of what we do! • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for MultiJet Printing (MJP) hardware, materials, and accessories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Translate market requirements into actionable product requirements for Research & Development (R&D), prioritizing features and capabilities with clear business justification.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
  • Lead beta and pilot programs for new products, technologies, and materials, gathering customer feedback to support successful product launches.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive products, technologies, and market trends, serving as the company's subject matter expert on the competitive landscape.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across cross-functional teams, influencing product decisions and fostering collaboration to achieve business objectives.
