Job summary

3D Systems Corporation in Wilsonville, Oregon, is seeking an Intermediate Print Process Engineer to advance new materials and print process parameters for MJP platforms. You will optimize materials, validate processes, and support product innovation with cross-functional teams on-site.

The role emphasizes hands-on lab work, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with hardware, software, and materials teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (MSE, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related).
• 1–2 years of experience with jetting technologies or other additive manufacturing processes.
• Experience with DOE methodologies and statistical analysis tools preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on R&D with MultiJet Printing systems and materials on-site.
• Operate MJP printing, post-processing, and evaluation of components.
• Collaborate with hardware/software engineers to optimize print processes.
• Identify critical print parameters and analyze their impact on performance and reliability.
• Design and run DOE studies; perform statistical analysis to guide decisions.
• Support manufacturing and field teams with issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Summarize experimental data, draft technical reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain safe, organized lab environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Travel to other locations or customer sites as needed.
