Job summary

Trace Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead GSOC Communications Systems Operator Liaison to supervise 24/7 mission support for executive aircraft from Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will serve as the senior operational interface among GSOC leadership, airborne operators, technical teams, and SATCOM providers.

You will lead staffing, incident response, and coordination across engineering and security teams while ensuring 24/7 coverage and compliance with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

US citizenship and a Top Secret clearance are required.
DoD 8140 qualifications and advanced technical knowledge are required.
Strong communication and coordination skills for DoD environments.

Responsibilities

Lead 24/7 GSOC communications support and staffing coverage.
Track Executive Aircraft and respond to communications issues.
Use Command and Control tools and platforms to support aircraft in flight.
Provide guidance on Mission Communications Systems aboard executive aircraft.
Troubleshoot anomalies and coordinate with incident-response teams.
Review GSOC solutions and propose improvements with providers.
Lead shift handoffs, escalation and operational reporting.
