E-Logic, Inc. seeks a GSOC Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Liaison to guide Mission Communications System operations aboard the C-32, C-40, and C-37 aircraft. This role requires 24/7 on-site coverage at Joint Base Andrews, MD, and an active TOP SECRET clearance.

You will lead a contractor team, respond to incidents, and perform trend analysis to support secure executive flight operations. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in military communications or airborne C3 systems, plus a four-year

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent mix of post-high school education and training.
Active TOP SECRET clearance at time of contract award.
Experience with Mission Communications Systems (MCS) for airborne C-32A/C-40B/C-37A/B.
Experience leading contractor workforce in military communications or airborne C3 environments.
Experience handling fiscal requirements and functions (3–5 years).

Mansioni

Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues.
Respond to incident calls and support trend analysis.
Utilize C2 tools and chat software (Mattermost) to support aircraft in flight.
Provide GSOC leadership with guidance on MCS operations aboard C-32/C-40/C-37 aircraft.
Provide expert troubleshooting guidance to on-board operators during MCS anomalies/outages.
Review and propose improvements to flight monitoring solutions from COMSATCOM providers.
Monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to incidents identified by GSOC.
Collect data to report events affecting SLC3S-A systems.
Respond within 15 minutes to crisis and urgent situations.
Support mitigation of immediate and potential threats.
Provide analytical support for cyber capability projects.
