E Logic is seeking a GSOC Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Liaison to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network on the Joint Base Andrews contract. This role provides expert guidance on Mission Communications System operations aboard C-32, C-40, and C-37 aircraft and tracks in-flight communications issues.

You will respond to incident calls, perform trend analysis, and use Mattermost and other C2 tools to assist executive aircraft while airborne.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance at contract award.
• Experience advising personnel and leading contract staff.
• Experience with military airborne communications or C3/MCS systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with COMSATCOM providers and flight monitoring solutions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues.
• Respond to incident calls and support trend analysis efforts.
• Use C2 tools and Mattermost to support aircraft while in flight.
• Provide GSOC leadership with expert guidance on MCS operations aboard C-32, C-40, and C-37.
• Offer troubleshooting guidance to onboard Communications Systems Operators during MCS anomalies.
• Review and recommend improvements to GSOC flight monitoring solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to incidents identified by the GSOC.
• Collect information to identify and report events impacting SLC3S-A systems.
• Respond within 15 minutes to crisis and urgent situations during duty hours.
• Support mitigation of immediate and potential threats.
• Provide analytical support for projects ensuring cyber capability effectiveness.
