EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee hardware repair and troubleshooting across fiber optic deployments in enterprise environments. You will lead a team of technicians, utilize CLI diagnostics, and ensure SLA-driven service delivery.

Role requires rotational shifts, travel up to 10% domestically, and strong leadership in high-availability data center operations. Associate degree or higher in a technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field-based technical teams in 24/7 data center operations.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot fiber, server, storage, and network hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for upgrades, migrations and maintenance.
• Maintain incident documentation, RCA, and repair procedures.
