Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead maintenance and operations of critical infrastructure. This role requires coordinating a team in a 7x24x365 data center environment and assisting customers with floor-level requests and installations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of industry experience and prior people leadership experience, with a focus on safety, reliability, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.
• Strong ability to interface with all organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and supervise the Critical Operations team for 7x24x365 data center operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Assist customers on the Data Center floor, support customer installs and projects.
• Develop, monitor, and report on operating budgets and resource needs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and incident reporting across all critical infrastructure.
