Job summary

EGGER Group in North America is seeking a Shift Production Supervisor to lead all production activities for an assigned shift in a high-volume manufacturing operation. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives while guiding hourly staff and ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.

This hands-on manufacturing leader will foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, conducting regular safety talks and performance discussions while coordinating

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading hourly teams in a 24/7 or multi-shift operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
• Monitor production schedules and resource allocation for efficient workflow.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Identify and resolve production and process issues in real time; escalate when needed.
• Oversee shift start-up and shutdowns for smooth transitions between shifts.
• Maintain EGGER safety standards and housekeeping on the floor.
• Lead by example in enforcing all safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct daily safety observations and toolbox talks; report incidents.
