Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Banquets Manager to orchestrate flawless events from setup to cleanup. You’ll balance cost control with guest service, lead a team, and ensure every detail aligns with brand standards during weddings, conferences, and receptions at our Cambridge venues.

You’ll hire and train staff, monitor operations, enforce safety and quality, and coach your team to deliver memorable moments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience; supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication skills; able to convey information clearly and listen effectively to coworkers and guests.
• Skilled at problem-solving, including anticipating, identifying, and resolving workplace issues under pressure.
• Capable of assimilating and analyzing complex information from multiple sources and making quick, accurate decisions.
• Comfortable working with financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.

Responsibilities
