Aimbridge-Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Cambridge, MA to lead hospitality operations, guest experience, and team performance. You will manage service from lounge to banquet, uphold safety and compliance, and drive promotions and inventory control.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality or a related degree, strong communication, and supervisory ability, with daily pay benefits and a comprehensive benefits package offered in a full-time capacity.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.

• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
