Providence Seaside Hospital on the North Oregon Coast is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for an on‑call, per‑diem position. The LCSW will perform biopsychosocial assessments, collaborate with the IDT, and develop care plans for inpatients and outpatients while upholding NASW ethics.

Minimum qualifications include an MSW from an accredited program and an Oregon LCSW license, with licensure in other states where care is delivered.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work.
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered.
• 2 years relevant social work experience (CSWA may apply).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans with IDT.
• Collaborate with inpatient and outpatient teams across departments.
• Adhere to NASW code of ethics and Standards of Practice.
