Job summary

Guiding Hands Healthcare seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to serve as Clinical Supervisor, guiding associates and therapists in group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders. You will lead weekly supervision, support trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, and help shape clinical quality across programs.

This part-time, contract role offers a hybrid work model with remote flexibility and optional in-person time.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license issued in California.
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience.
• Experience supervising clinicians and leading group therapy.
• Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to associates and therapists facilitating group therapy for mental health and SUD.
• Support clinicians with group facilitation skills, interventions, case consultation, and treatment planning.
• Documentation, compliance, and ethical/clinical decision-making support.
• Ensure delivery of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
• Monitor quality and effectiveness of group programming.
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance group engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical services and protocols.
