Job summary

Grow Through Life Counseling, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead direct client care and supervise up to six associate clinicians in a California-based practice, with optional virtual work across the state.

The role supports patients across ages and specializes in children and teens, while ensuring high-quality care. The position emphasizes licensed supervision, teaching, and documentation, with a base hourly rate detailed below and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California for at least 2 years
• Invested interest in providing direct care
• Desire to teach and train associate therapists
• Ability to complete documentation with 72 hours
• Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours
• Able to answer after hours or weekend calls for emergent situations
• Provide substitute supervision when needed
• General knowledge of office skills and equipment
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and social skills
• Bilingual fluency a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, treatment planning, and care for your own caseload across the lifespan
• Provide triadic clinical supervision for up to 6 associates
• Review and sign notes for supervisees
• Provide feedback to the Regional Director for upcoming employee reviews
• Ensure adherence to all established clinical protocols, procedures, and quality of care standards
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain excellent client care experience
• Promote a positive, inclusive team culture across program teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving needs of the region and the practice
