Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LCSW license in New Jersey.
• Certification required to supervise LSWs and LACs in the state.
• 5–7 years of post-licensure clinical experience with a focus on supervision.
• Proficiency in individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level clinical supervision to LACs and LSWs toward independent licensure.
• Conduct case consultations addressing complex issues and ethics.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, treatment plans, and assessments for compliance.
• Lead training sessions on therapies, legal requirements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and supervise client care standards.
• Assist in enhancing and developing clinical programs and services.
