Job summary

Pharmaron Beijing Co. Ltd. in Exton, PA, is seeking a Scientist II/III for LCMS Method Development to join our Bioanalytical Sciences team.

You will contribute to development and validation of innovative methods across diverse modalities, including small molecules, peptides, and biologics. The role requires 2+ years (Sci II) or 4+ years (Sci III) of bioanalytical testing experience, with strong HPLC/LC-MS/MS skills and a GLP-minded mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field.
• Scientist II: 2+ years of bioanalytical testing experience.
• Scientist III: 4+ years of bioanalytical testing experience.
• Experience supporting development and/or GLP-regulated bioanalytical studies.
• Strong understanding of HPLC and LC-MS/MS methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop, optimize, validate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods.
• Design studies meeting sponsor and internal objectives.
• Execute and support bioanalytical testing for DMPK and regulated studies.
• Perform sample analysis using HPLC and LC-MS/MS in GLP-relevant contexts.
• Review and execute study protocols for bioanalytical studies and data.
• Process, analyze, interpret, and report study data.
• Author protocols, validation reports, and study reports.
• Support regulatory submissions with high-quality scientific documentation.
• Serve as PI/Study Director within areas of expertise.
• Collaborate with scientists, project teams, and clients to ensure project success.
• Participate in project review meetings and compliance initiatives.
