Job summary

Eurofins Discovery Services North America, LLC seeks a highly skilled scientist to lead LC-MS based ADME/DMPK methods for drug discovery. You will develop and validate analytical methods, perform assays, and troubleshoot instrumentation within a GMP/GxP context.

Qualifications

• Direct/ Demonstrated experience with LC-MS in CRO or industry lab.
• Bioanalytical method development for small and/or large molecules.
• Experience with MS-based proteomics and troubleshooting LC-MS systems.
• Demonstrated independence on project teams with time and quality deliverables.
• Experience working in a Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS analyses and ADME/Tox related work in a regulated setting.
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications.
• Support project teams with new assay development and method validation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Mass Spectrometers and HPLC units.
• Ensure data quality and reproducibility across studies.
• Collaborate with internal/external clients and provide training when required.
