Job summary

E Logic seeks an Administrative Engineer to support the LCAC program at ACU-5. The role focuses on technical library management, maintenance planning, and expert guidance on LCAC procedures.

Qualified candidates must hold an active SECRET clearance, be a US citizen, and have extensive experience with military admin policies and LCAC systems. On-site, with government-contract terms and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience with military administrative policies and procedures related to operations and maintenance on LCACs.
• Minimum two years of experience as an LCAC Craft Master or LCAC Craft Engineer.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance verifiable in DISS/JPAS.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Deep understanding of LCAC systems, Navy maintenance procedures, and military chain of command.

Responsibilities

• Technical Library Administration: Maintain and update the Planning and Estimating Technical Library using Access and Excel.
• LCAC Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as SME on LCAC systems and maintenance; advise on scope of work for packages.
• Craft Material Inspection & INSURV Support: Provide INSURV prep support and CMIs; ensure publications are current.
• Equipment Maintenance & Facility Support: Develop maintenance plans and coordinate repairs; maintain logs and parts inventory.
• Safety & Training: Conduct OSHA-aligned safety inspections and deliver annual training; train new staff monthly.
• Reporting & Communication: Generate weekly reports and provide parts/status updates to leadership.
