Job summary

FWG Solutions in Florida is seeking a C4N Systems Engineer to serve as the subject matter expert for the U.S. Navy LCAC Amphibious Combat Vehicle program on-base.

This critical role supports the DoD mission and requires onsite work five days per week. You will lead the engineering aspects of command, control, computers, navigation, radar, GPS, antennas, networks and displays, and you will guide C4N integration, troubleshooting and cyber-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• DODM 8140.03 required.
• Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage control, communications, computers, navigation, radar, GPS, antennas, networks and displays.
• Be the engineering subject matter expert for the department.
• Support C4N integration, troubleshooting, repair planning, testing and cyber related documentation.
• Ensure technician reach back, if required.
• Develop and maintain professional, results-oriented relationships that strengthen FWG’s reputation and support positive outcomes through documented communication, timely response, and issue resolution.
• Anticipate customer concerns and engage early to mitigate risk, resolve performance issues, and uphold FWG’s record of quality and reliability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team.
• Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned
