Job summary

VLinc Corporation seeks a highly experienced Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the US Coast Guard LRS aviation program. Based primarily at APAC, Elizabeth City, NC, with coordination with HQ in Washington, DC, the role involves lifecycle documentation, logistics strategy, and IPT facilitation.

The SME will manage program docs in TMS/DCARS, provide engineering insight into USCG avionics, and support briefings and data calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years supporting DoD/DHS major systems acquisitions.
• At least 6 years supporting USCG aviation programs and knowledge of ALF and DHS directives.
• Proficiency in logistics, documentation, and government procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME supporting the CG-9311 LRS program.
• Prepare and maintain acquisition lifecycle documentation.
• Develop logistics strategies for production and deployment.
• Facilitate IPT/WIPT meetings and track actions.
• Manage program docs in TMS and DCARS.
• Create program data sets, logs, and schedules.
• Coordinate deliverables with ALF, DHS directives, and COMDTINST M5000.10.
• Provide systems engineering input on avionics and mission systems.
• Support briefings, stakeholder coordination, and data calls.
