Job summary
QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Mass Spectrometry Technician to join the Mass Spectrometry Services (MSS) team. You will troubleshoot and repair LC-MS/MS systems, perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance qualification, and help install new instrumentation in a 100% on-site laboratory setting.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics, instrumentation, or integrated systems.
- Hands-on laboratory, capstone, internship, or co-op experience with analytical or biomedical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair LC-MS/MS systems and related bioanalytical instrumentation.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance qualification on LC-MS/MS and UHPLC systems.
- Install and configure new instrumentation.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables.
- Work with cross-functional scientific teams.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and high-performing laboratory environment.
