Job summary

Labcorp in Raritan, NJ is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technical Service Specialist to perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs on LC-MS/MS instrumentation and robotic liquid handlers. You will provide on-site and remote support within a decentralized team to ensure peak instrument performance.

This role partners with laboratory operations, R&D, and external vendors, participates in process improvement projects, and requires strong mechanical aptitude,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Engineering.
• 4 or more years of experience in a laboratory and LC-MS/MS instrumental analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and diagnostic repairs on LC-MS/MS instrumentation and robotic liquid handling systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all laboratory equipment and logs.
• Collaborate with laboratory operations, R&D, and external vendors to ensure instrument performance and availability.
