Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in Tarrytown, NY is seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join the Quantitative Bioanalytics (QBA) team within the Analytical and Biological Mass Spectrometry (ABMS) Group. You will develop, qualify, and apply LC-MS-based bioanalytical assays to support R&D programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years (MS) or 8+ years (BS) of LC-MS based bioanalytical experience with biomarkers or therapeutics.
• Hands-on LC-MS with triple quadrupole, Q-TOF, and Orbitrap platforms.
• GxP laboratory environment and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Knowledge of ELISA and ligand-binding assays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS-based assay development, qualification, and validation to support R&D pipelines.
• Provide bioanalysis and support for research and studies by quantifying therapeutics or biomarkers in samples.
• Apply LC-MS systems to investigate biotherapeutics including antibodies and conjugates.
• Troubleshoot methods and ensure data quality and scientific integrity.
• Maintain ELNs and communicate findings in reports and at meetings.
