Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Scientist for the Quantitative Bioanalytics (QBA) team in the ABMS Group to develop, qualify, and apply LC-MS-based bioanalytical assays supporting R&D programs. You will work in a state-of-the-art mass spectrometry lab to analyze biotherapeutics and biomarkers across diverse modalities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain ELN records, and contribute to publications and regulatory documents.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years (MS) or 8+ years (BS) of industrial/academic LC-MS bioanalytical assay experience.
• Hands-on LC-MS experience with advanced MS platforms.
• Knowledge of GxP, documentation, and regulatory aspects is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Perform LC-MS-based assay development, qualification, and validation for biotherapeutics and biomarkers.
• Provide bioanalytical support for research, preclinical, clinical, and biodistribution studies.
• Apply state-of-the-art LC-MS technology to investigate biotherapeutics and novel modalities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize methods; ensure data quality and integrity.
