SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Application Scientist to support LC-MS product demonstrations, application development, and customer-facing activities in North America. The role partners with Sales, Service, and Product teams to deliver pre-sales support and technical expertise.

The position reports to the Sr Manager, Application Support and is part of the North America Applications team located in Marlborough, MA or Golden, CO and will be an on-site role.

Formación

• 2+ years experience with mass spectrometry, LC-MS, and analytical methods development, validation, troubleshooting.
• Ability to present scientific data clearly to diverse audiences and build strong customer relationships.
• Experience with small molecule quantitation on triple quadrupoles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver customer demonstrations showcasing SCIEX LC/MS products and workflows.
• Provide on-site training for customers on SCIEX hardware and software platforms and offer ongoing support.
• Identify growth areas with business and sales units and develop application solutions.
• Assist in defining and developing new hardware and software products and thoroughly test them.
• Participate in conferences, seminars, and training to stay updated.
