Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Associate to build pallets by hand and stage them for outbound loading. Expect to operate MHE, inspect goods, and rotate stock in freezer/creeze environments while following PWMs and safety protocols.

Shift is 3pm-11pm, Sunday to Thursday, with potential participation in Sysco’s Incentive Plan and comprehensive benefits. Must pass certification and lift up to 100 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with supervisors and peers.
• Certification or ability to become certified for material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets by hand and stage them at outbound doors.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to move products safely.
• Inspect products for damage and report issues to supervisor.
• Ensure pallets are secured and rotated properly for FIFO.
• Use warehouse systems RF devices to locate products and retrieve items.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and observe safety rules.
