Job summary

Sysco is seeking a night-shift warehouse associate to perform loading, unloading, put-away, replenishments, and selection in freezer, cooler and dry zones. You will operate a reach forklift and other MHE, following PWMs and safety rules.

Responsibilities include pallet transport, product inspection for damage, proper wrapping, and accurate staging for loading. A high school diploma or GED and forklift experience are required; certification is expected for operation and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a functional capacity test.
• Six months forklift experience required; reach truck experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED preferred and ability to read/supply simple docs.
• Able to work in freezer/cooler environments and follow PWMs.

Responsibilities

• Transport pallets safely between staging areas using MHE.
• Put away product with reach forklift and inspect for damage.
• Replenish to pallet locations and secure loads with wrap.
• Operate forklifts safely and complete daily equipment checks.
• Maintain neat work areas and follow safety rules and policies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
