Job summary

US0177 NorthEast Payroll, Division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate responsible for building less-than-full-pallet orders and staging them at outbound doors. You will work in freezer/cold environments, lift items, and use forklifts and order-picking equipment to prepare shipments.

The role requires the ability to safely operate MHE, follow PWMs, and maintain clean, organized work areas while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with supervision and peers.
• Certification on material handling equipment is required, or the ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets in Ti/Hi configuration and label quantities.
• Transport pallets to loading docks using forklifts and follow PWMs.
• Inspect products for shortages or damage and report to supervisor.
• Ensure pallets are shrink-wrapped and secured for delivery or staging.
• Operate MHE safely, maintain equipment, and follow safety rules.
