Segra is seeking a Network Provisioning Engineer II (Layer 2) for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will support SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet services, focusing on provisioning and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 4+ years in networking, telecom experience, CLI proficiency, and familiarity with DIA/MPLS/VLAN services. Preferred are experience with DAI, E-Line/ELAN, and tools like OcularIP, Navigator, and SolarWinds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in networking engineering.
• Telecommunications industry experience required.
• Experience with Layer 2 provisioning and CLI.
• Experience with DIA, MPLS, VLAN tagging, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Layer 2 provisioning support for DIA, MPLS, and related services.
• Work with Cisco, Ciena, Nokia equipment in provisioning tasks.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues with CLI and network tools.
