Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an experienced project field supervisor to monitor and organize planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex semiconductor construction project.

You will supervise union craft crews, coordinate with foremen, ensure safety, manage time sheets via Citrix, and uphold ES&H standards. A bachelor's degree and substantial field leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of construction/engineering operations and supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiarity with ES&H policies, Six Sigma tools, and standard work processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct hire union craft forming composite work crews.
• Inspect and approve time sheets using Citrix Software Suite.
• Ensure all work follows project procedures and safety standards.
• Follow HSSE plan and safety tools for works around laydown facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity of assigned craft on site.
• Administer project work rules and ensure training for job tasks.
• Maintain company and project quality initiatives.
• Monitor activities to ensure timely and safe execution.
• Maintain client relationships at the facility.
• Ensure housekeeping and readiness of facilities; manage equipment and tooling.
• Generate Field Material Requisitions for consumables and non-permanent materials.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
