Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Experience managing union craft labor on heavy industrial construction projects.
• Strong safety program knowledge and OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities, schedules and coordinate subcontractor work.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules and project budgets.
• Maintain 90-day and 3-week look-ahead schedules and monitor labor/equipment.
• Interface with labor relations for craft recruitment and training.
