Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a senior construction superintendent to lead a project team on a New Albany site. You will supervise craft professionals, coordinate subcontractor work, and ensure tools, policies, and budgets are followed to meet schedules and quality standards.

The role requires 5–8 years (or 9–12 years) of heavy industrial construction experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong OSHA safety knowledge.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Experience managing union craft labor on heavy industrial construction projects.
Strong safety program knowledge and OSHA familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
Direct craft activities, schedules and coordinate subcontractor work.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety rules and project budgets.
Maintain 90-day and 3-week look-ahead schedules and monitor labor/equipment.
Interface with labor relations for craft recruitment and training.
