IFWC is seeking a qualified legal professional with a valid law practice license and 1-3 years of practical experience. The candidate will be responsible for dispute resolution in litigation and arbitration across civil, criminal, and commercial cases. We are seeking a candidate with a valid law practice license, who has completed an internship, and has experience in dispute resolution.
The candidate should have a background in and experience with dispute resolution in civil, criminal, and commercial litigation & arbitration. Knowledge of filing recovery suits, sending legal notices, case registration, FIR registration, drafting and filing applications, and attending court dates is required.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Practical law practice experience
- Location: Delhi
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Graduate, with a cleared bar examination
