We are seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. This role requires strong advocacy skills, the ability to handle a high-volume caseload, and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all aspects of personal injury law, including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites and more.
• Handle case preparation, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Manage client relationships, providing updates and ensuring that clients are informed throughout the process.
• Prepare cases for trial by coordinating witness testimony, exhibits, and preparing legal strategies.
• Attend hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
• Ensure that all legal deadlines and procedures are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and valid license to practice law in Texas.
• At least 3 years of experience in personal injury law .
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and the legal process.
• Proven experience with case preparation and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a client-first attitude.

Pay: 100,000 + Commission base structure
