Innovative Driven is currently seeking a TEMPORARY Contract Attorney to join the forward-thinking team at a growing and innovative Houston law firm client! The firm is experienced in virtually every type of commercial dispute. Over the past 20 years, the law firm has earned a reputation as one of the nation’s leading energy insurance litigation firms, with unparalleled knowledge and experience in energy coverages.

This is a 100% Remote & Temporary (On-Going) Position with up to 40 hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drafting and responding to discovery
• Engaging in motion practice (drafting and arguing)
• Attending and handling depositions
• Preparing coverage opinions
• Attending and arguing hearings

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-10+ years of litigation experience
• Active Texas Bar
• Professional demeanor and positive, client-first attitude
