Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr

Boesen & Snow Law is a law firm located in Scottsdale, AZ with a focus on health law. Clients include individual healthcare providers and corporations related to healthcare delivery and support. Boesen & Snow employs ten attorneys, one clinical staff member, and twelve other professional staff members. Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist-Attorney to join our growing regulatory and transactional healthcare law practice. This is a fully remote position for a licensed attorney who also holds an active pharmacist license in the United States. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in sterile and/or non-sterile compounding and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory landscape.

You will work closely with firm leadership to advise clients across the pharmacy and life sciences industries, including 503A and 503B pharmacies, manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs. This is a unique opportunity to bring your clinical and legal expertise together in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory and compliance counsel to pharmacy-related businesses across the U.S.
• Draft and review legal documents, including licensing applications, policies and procedures, contracts, and corporate governance materials.
• Advise on federal and state pharmacy laws, including FDA, DEA, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Lead and support licensing efforts, including Change of Ownership (CHOW) and Change of Location (CHOL) applications.
• Collaborate with attorneys and regulatory staff on complex client matters.
• Support transactional work such as business formation, structuring, and due diligence.
• Monitor legal developments and translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance for clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (required).
• Active pharmacist license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy practice (compounding experience strongly preferred).
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, ideally in healthcare or life sciences regulatory matters.
• Deep understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations (FDA, DEA, USP, NABP, etc.).
• Excellent communication, legal research, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with a virtual team.

Pay: Wide rage depending on experience, seniority, book of business, and billable hours (ranges from $120,000-$450,000)
