DJ's Landscape Management in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and other landscaping tasks for our commercial clients. This full-time, year-round role offers a path to advancement to a Crew Leader as you develop field skills.

You will work outdoors in varying conditions, with a focus on teamwork and reliability. We promote from within and provide ongoing training, competitive pay, and benefits such as health, vision, dental, a 401(k)

• Driver license is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.

Lawn Maintenance Team Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks. In theCrew Memberrole, you will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. These are fulltime, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.
