DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a Vegetation Control Crew Lead to direct a small crew for outdoor property care at client sites in New Brighton, MN. The role includes hands-on weed control, spray applications, and mentoring crew members.

Qualifications

Requirements

• The ability to walk for long periods of time
• Able to carry a backpack sprayer weighing up to 50 pounds

• Skill in reading map directions from a mobile device or hard copy
• Desire to work daily at the highest level of professionalism, quality, and performance

• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time.
• A valid license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read pesticide labels and accurately measure pesticides according to label rate.
