DJ's Landscape Management is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader in Holland, MI. This hands-on leadership role directs crews, operates equipment, and ensures quality while promoting safety on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of green industry experience or supervisory background and holds a Chauffeur's license with a smartphone. Competitive pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities are offered.

In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

Requirements
