Cutting Edge in Utah is seeking a dependable landscape crew member to lead small teams, assist with training, and perform varied lawn care and maintenance tasks. You will operate mowers, edgers, and trucks, interact with clients, and help keep job sites clean and safe.

The role supports spring–fall seasons with potential winter work. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential for advancement within a growing company.

Competenze

• Industry experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the shop is required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to work approximately 10 hours daily.

Mansioni

• Lead teams of 2 or 3 crew members.
• Train incoming crew members.
• Drive a truck and trailer to and from customer properties.
• Interact with customers as needed.
• Log daily route items in our operating software.
• Maintain plant health and perform lawn care tasks.
• Mow, edge, and trim around beds and trees.
• Bed weeding and maintenance.
• On-site cleanup and snow removal on-call as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of 2 or 3
• Train incoming crew members
• Drive a truck and trailer to and from customer properties
• Interact with customers on a as needed basis
• Log daily route items in our operating software
• Maintain a close eye on plant health
• Attend safety and developmental trainings
• Mow with a variety of commercial mowers
• Edging and trimming along beds, trees and sidewalks
• Bed weeding and maintenance
• On-site cleanup
• Perform snow removal on an on-call basis

Qualifications:

• Industry experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Valid driver's license without a poor driving record
• Hardworking attitude with a strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to our shop
• Willingness to learn and work as a team
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work approximately 10 hours daily
