Job summary

Signature Landscape, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This year-round role includes seasonal snow support in winter months and opportunities for advancement.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, supervise mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, and ensure safety and timely completion on every job site. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
