Job summary

Heritage Landscape Services in Sterling, VA is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team on commercial landscape maintenance projects year-round, with seasonal snow support.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, operate trucks and equipment, ensure safety and quality, report hours, and help with onboarding and winter duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
