Job summary

Merit Landscape Solutions of Texas is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to manage a small team on commercial landscape maintenance projects. You will oversee 2–3 crew members, ensure quality work, and uphold safety standards in all weather conditions.

This year-round role includes winter snow support and opportunities for on-the-job training and advancement. Competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
